Diamond Cleaning Revisit Policy

At Diamond Cleaning, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you feel that an area has been overlooked or you are not fully satisfied with our service, we are happy to address the issue.

Revisit Terms:

​

  • Clients must contact us within 24 hours of the initial cleaning service to request a revisit.

  • The revisit request will cover areas that were included in the original scope of cleaning.

  • Our team will promptly return to your property to rectify the issue at no additional charge, ensuring that our cleaning meets your expectations.

  • Revisit appointments will be scheduled based on the availability of our team but prioritized as soon as possible.

Payments

 

Payments  made by Check, Venmo, Or Zelle are due the same day as completed cleaning is done.

Cancellations

​

Service reliability is extremely important because we reserve a time, especially for you. We request that you give us a minimum of 24 hrs advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason to avoid incurring a $50 cancellation fee.

Use of Homeowner’s Vacuum

If you request our cleaning team to use your vacuum, we will not assume or accept any liability for damage to the unit. Since we are not responsible for the maintenance of the vacuum, we will not be responsible for any repairs to it. This is important because if the vacuum is not in working order when we arrive to clean your home, we will not be able to perform any vacuuming of carpet & hard floor surfaces.

Items We Cannot Clean

​

Mold removal is a specialty, we cannot be liable for any mold-related risks in clients’ homes.

 

We cannot clean hoarding homes or areas containing any animal and/or human body fluids, blood, feces, vomit, cat litter boxes, bird cages & urine, or excretions.

 

Unreachable Areas & Heavy Items

 

For safety & liability reasons we can’t climb higher than a step stool or work outside of your home. Cleaners can’t move objects more than 25 pounds. If you would like us to clean behind heavy objects, please move them prior to cleaning.

Right to Refuse Service

​

We reserve the right to deny &/or terminate service because of safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, weapons on-premises, severe clutter & disconnected utilities including electricity, heat (in cold temperatures) and water. In these cases, 100% of the booking will be charged.

 

We will leave if the home is in an extremely unsanitary condition or if they feel unsafe/threatened. you will be charged the cancellation fee.
